The Department has an internal complaint procedure – FDJJ 1003.22. Employees may file a complaint with any of the Department’s managers or supervisors or file directly with the Department’s EEO Officer. Employees, as well as applicants, may opt to file complaints with the Florida Commission on Human Relations or the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
