The online scorecard promotes transparency and accountability by tracking key indicators of the agency’s performance. Comparing these statistics enables DJJ to make policy decisions that provide the greatest benefit to youth in the juvenile justice system.
The data reported for each measure in the scorecard are updated monthly and reported as a comparison to the same month during the previous fiscal year. For civil citation, the number shown represents a percentage point change compared to the same month of the previous year. For all other measures, percentages represent the percentage change compared to the same month during the previous year. This comparison indicates a reduction, an increase, or no change.
The button below will open the DJJ Monthly Accountability Scorecard data. Definitions of measures reported are located in the last tab. To print a view, export it to PDF by using the arrow icon at the bottom center of the view and selecting 'PDF' and the sheets to export (additional printing instructions can be found below).
