Research
Research has demonstrated that minority youth are disproportionately involved with the Juvenile Justice System. The Disproportionate Minority Contact Benchmark Reports provides useful county-level information for determining whether Disproportionate Minority Contact issues are present within a given jurisdiction requiring additional evaluation and efforts to address any problems.
