Research
The Utilization Studies show the extent to which the Department's various programs and services are being utilized throughout the year. As part of the Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative (JDAI), the reports in this section contain detention utilization studies for Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, and Palm Beach counties. The studies include analyses on demographics, length of stay, average daily population, charges, and the Detention Risk Assessment Instrument (DRAI) outcomes.
