Programs & Facilities
Residential facilities are for youth who are required by a judge to stay in the care of the Department of Juvenile Justice for an extended time. There are facilities located throughout Florida. A youth's placement depends on the commitment plan, not on the location of the arrest. For help in finding what program a youth resides in, contact his or her JPO. In order to find the contact information for each program, simply click on the link for that program in the table below. The title of the program will take the user to a page that includes the name of the program's director, that person's email address, the program's address with a telephone number and a fax number.
The Department tracks data on a variety of performance indicators, including monitoring and quality improvement, Standardized Program Evaluation Protocol (SPEP) for Services to Juvenile Offenders© reports, Residential Data Reports, and performance data such as Protective Action Response (PAR). Data reports contain output and outcome measures reported for each program open during the fiscal year. Each program is identified by program name, provider, program group (i.e., restrictiveness level and gender served) and program type. Quarterly measures are typically updated the month following the end of the quarter. Annual measures are typically updated and posted after the end of the fiscal year (June 30) and in the first quarter of the next fiscal year. The links below will open other areas of this website, some of which may be in an interactive pop-up window.
All residential programs are operated by contracted providers. For more information about DJJ’s residential services, oversight and administration, please contact:
