Located on the campus of Twin Oaks Academy, Twin Oaks Vocational II is a behavioral program. Twin Oaks Vocational II specifically serves younger male offenders, ages 10 to 13. The anticipated average length of stay for moderate-risk commitment in this program is 6 to 9 months.

Programming emphasizes academics, behavior management, anger control, individual accountability, and victim awareness. Behavioral Health Overlay Services (BHOS) are provided to youth in the program; BHOS funding is available for all beds.  Family involvement is encouraged and there are ample recreational activities.

Twin Oaks Vocational II (school number 400900) is a Type 3 program offering English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and one elective course. The elective course is typically used to provide additional reading assistance to needy students or vocational training.

Education and vocational services are provided through the Madison County School District. Vocational opportunities include: Welding, Building Construction and Automotive.
