This is a 24-bed residential program for high-risk boys who are adjudicated delinquent, including youth identified as Serious Habitual Offenders (SHO) who are designated for placement in a Serious Habitual Offender Program (SHOP) and committed to the Department after being assessed and classified as high risk.  The anticipated length of stay in this program for each youth is 9 months.  The program provides Mental Health Overlay Services (MHOS), Substance Abuse Treatment Overlay Services (SAOS).  The facility is hardware secure with a 12-foot fence surrounding the perimeter. Entrances and exits are secured for limited access. This program provides youth with all the essentials for daily living. On-site medical, mental health, substance abuse and educational services are provided, as well as behavior modification and life skills.

Tiger Success Center (school number 160441) is a Type 2 program offering English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and one elective course. The elective course is typically used to provide additional reading assistance to needy students or vocational training.

Education and vocational services are provided through the Duval County School District.
