Gulf Coast Youth Academy is a low- and moderate-risk program located in Ft. Walton Beach. Behavioral Health Overlay Services (BHOS) are provided for up to 104 youth, which includes outpatient level mental health and substance abuse counseling. From Tallahassee take I-10 west to Hwy 85 (exit 56). Turn south onto Hwy 85 towards Ft. Walton Beach. Approximately 25 miles veer right (just before the light) onto SR 123. Stay on SR 123 for 5 miles. It will dead-end at a traffic light. Turn right and proceed past Okaloosa Regional Airport runway. At the next traffic light turn right onto Lewis Turner Blvd and proceed to Ft. Walton Beach. Turn left at the second light (Hospital Road) just passed the fair grounds. The road will end at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center after approximately 1 block. Turn right. The program will be 1 block on your right. The sign will read "Gulf Coast Treatment Center" at 1015 Mar Walt Drive.
