The program stresses education, recreation, home and community relationships, including community service experience, and group living. Of the 48 beds, 24 beds are identified for youth in need of intensive substance abuse services. Behavioral Health Overlay Services (BHOS) also are provided. The average length of stay for a low-risk commitment is 3 to 6 months, while the average length of stay for a moderate-risk commitment is 6 to 9 months.

Camp E-Nini-Hassee (school number 528002) is a Type 2 program offering English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and one elective course. The elective course is typically used to provide additional reading assistance to needy students or vocational training.

Education and vocational services are provided oversight through the Pinellas County School District.
