Find out how to use the new site.

Resources for PREA administrators and educational instruction are available on this site, under "Implementation Tools" and "Training Tools."

Florida Resources

To help a youth who has been sexually assaulted, find your local victim advocacy center by searching the Florida Council Against Sexual Violence by clicking on this link.  You also may call the Florida Rape Crisis Hotline Number 1-888-956-RAPE (7273).

National Resources

A multitude of resources also are available through national organizations as described under "Contacts."

PREA Youth Brochures

When printing a brochure in-house, the document must be printed two-sided on the short edge to allow for proper folding.

PREA Facility Posters

Each poster may be printed on 8 1/2" X 11" paper or larger.

  • At a minimum, posters should be placed in intake, living quarters, visitation and staff lounges.  Other recommended places include the medical and lobby areas.

Dormitory Call-out Reminder Posters

Whenever a staff member of the opposite gender from the youth housed in a dormitory setting is about to enter that dormitory, the staff member must call out that he or she is about to enter.  The posters (8 1/2" x 11") provided here are for use on each entry door within a facility as appropriate.
