There are two rule notices appearing in the April 5, 2013, Florida Administrative Register:
(1) A Notice of Proposed Rule Development for the repeal of rule sections 63G-2.001-.012 governing secure detention. The repealed rule sections will be replaced by new sections 63G-2.013-.026. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., at DJJ Headquarters, 2737 Centerview Dr., General Counsel's Conference Room 3223, Tallahassee, Florida. For information about participation by telephone, please contact John Milla at (850)921-4129. The repealed text is not available, but the agenda is provided in conjunction with the workshop for sections 63G-2.013-.026, below.
(2) A Notice of Proposed Rule Development for new rule sections 63G-2.013-.026 governing secure detention. The new sections replace the existing rule sections which are being repealed. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., at DJJ Headquarters, 2737 Centerview Dr., General Counsel's Conference Room 3223, Tallahassee, Florida.
