(1) A Notice of Proposed Rule Development for the repeal of rule sections 63G-2.001-.012 governing secure detention. The repealed rule sections will be replaced by new sections 63G-2.013-.026. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., at DJJ Headquarters, 2737 Centerview Dr., General Counsel's Conference Room 3223, Tallahassee, Florida. The repealed text is not available, but the agenda is provided in conjunction with the workshop for sections 63G-2.013-.026, below.
(2) A Notice of Proposed Rule Development for new rule sections 63G-2.013-.026 governing secure detention. The new sections replace the existing rule sections which are being repealed.
