The Office of Program Accountability coordinates the development, review and approval of the Department's manuals.
Note: In addition to formally announcing the posting of manuals for review and comment in the Miscellaneous Section of the Florida Administrative Weekly, email notification is sent to contracted delinquency service program providers and other interested parties. If you would like to receive this notification, send an email request to the DJJ Policy Development Officer. Updates and corrections to existing email accounts should also be sent to this address in order to insure delivery of this notice.
Note: Archived manuals have been pulled from the Department's Website. Contact the DJJ Policy Development Officer if you need to access one of those manuals.
The following draft manuals are currently posted for your review and comment. The deadline date for submission of comments is posted below. Please keep this deadline in mind if you want your comments to be considered in revising the draft manuals. As with policies, responses to comments received on manuals currently in the review process will be posted on this Web page utilizing a Matrix of Review Comments. Once received, the link to the matrix of comments can be found directly below the comment deadline (timeframe) for that manual.
In order to expedite the posting of these comments and the department's responses in a timely manner, we ask that you use a blank form for your comments, emailing them to the contact person identified for the manual. Your cooperation in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
