The following policies are currently posted for your review and comment. Policies are classified as Department Policy Type A, policy that has no significant fiscal or operational impact on contracted delinquency service providers or Type B, policy that does have a significant fiscal or operational impact on contracted delinquency service providers. Policies will be posted for a single 20 working day review period (unless otherwise stated) that commences with the date of publication of a notice in the Miscellaneous Section of the Florida Administrative Weekly.
In order to expedite the posting of these comments and the Department's responses in a timely manner, please use a blank Matrix of Review Comments form for your comments, emailing them to the contact person identified for the policy. Responses to comments received on policies currently in the review process will be posted during the review period to the extent possible, but no later than ten (10) working days after the end of the review period, utilizing the Matrix of Review Comments. Policies completing the review period will be posted under the Policies previously posted for Review and Comment heading on this page.
Note: In addition to formally announcing the posting of a policy for review and comment in the Miscellaneous Section of the Florida Administrative Weekly, email notification is sent to contracted delinquency service program providers and other interested parties. If you would like to receive this notification, send an email request to the DJJ Policy Coordinator. Updates and corrections to existing email accounts should also be sent to this address in order to insure delivery of these notices.
