Human Trafficking Training

In 2015, the Florida Department Juvenile Justice (FDJJ) implemented policies and procedures for identification of potential victims and for staff training. This policy is FDJJ policy 1925. Our current policy requires all juvenile probation officers and juvenile dentition officers to complete a basic human trafficking training once a year. In addition, juvenile probation officers have to complete in-depth human trafficking training and human trafficking screening tool training every year.
