The Okeechobee Intensive Halfway House (OIHH) is a moderate-risk BHOS residential program. The program serves 30 males, 13 to 18 years of age. The program provides each youth with services designed to reach identified treatment goals and objectives. These services are rendered through required program components such as but not limited to Behavioral Health Overlay Services (BHOS), case management services, diagnostic evaluation services, appropriate treatment modalities including group, individual and family counseling, substance abuse prevention and counseling health services, mental health services, educational services, prevocational and vocational services, physical fitness, recreational and leisure time activities. The average length of stay is 6-9 months.

Okeechobee Intensive Halfway House (school number 478017) is a Type 3 program offering English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and one elective course. The elective course is typically used to provide additional reading assistance to needy students or vocational training.
