This is a female, high- or maximum-risk, mental health program located in the 19th Judicial Circuit. Program provides a licensed mental health professional 7 days a week, and psychiatrist and psychologist professionals are on-site weekly.  Admission criteria require a DSM-IV-TR Axis I or II mental disorder that demonstrate serious to severe systems of mental disorder and impairment in social, emotional and adaptive functioning.  GAF or CGAF below 50.  The youth may have a co-occurring diagnosed substance-related disorder.  Youth in active need of crisis stabilization, acute inpatient or hospital level care are not acceptable until after stabilization has occurred. Program provides clothing.
